How To Read The Time
Minutes 1-60 are presented in sets of 10 by the outer spiral of blocks. Each small block indicates 1 minute. Hours 1-12 are presented by the inner spiral of blocks. Each large block indicates 1 hour. Reading the time is as easy as reading a conventional wall clock—once you have trained your mind to become familiar with the system.
