  • A Pocket Watch with Touch Screen Technology

    The limited edition Vortex Pocket Watch is a futuristic take on the traditional. Featuring a spiralling touch screen time display, dual time, date and alarm, it brings a new dimension to the classic pocket watch.

    Featuring a hybrid display, the time is always shown by the LCD panel but will light up on demand with vivid LED backlighting.

    The touch screen display has 4 hot-zones (top, bottom, left, right). Simply touch with your finger to change modes; time, alarm, date, light up.

    Holding your finger in place for a few seconds allows you to customise; hold your finger over the alarm zone to set the alarm, hold it over the time zone to set the time. It's intuitive, simple and fun to operate.The touch screen has a lock function to prevent accidental input. After 60 seconds the screen will lock. To unlock swipe your finger across the screen from left to right.

    A Stainless Steel Pocket Watch

    Encased in a classic stainless steel pocket watch case, the Vortex Pocket Watch has a polished finish with brushed detail on the case edges and button.

    The watch has a spring-hinged circular metal cover with a mineral crystal lens that closes over the interface to protect it from dust. This can be opened simply by pressing the button at the top of the watch.

    The watch also comes with a chain to allow it to be secured to a waistcoat, lapel or belt loop and the watch will fit neatly into your pocket.

    The Vortex Pocket Watch has an animation feature that can be turned on or off. When activated, a swirling animation will appear once every five minutes.

    LCD with Colored LED Backlighting

    Available in two display colors: blue LCD with blue LED backlighting or natural LCD with red LED backlighting, the Vortex Pocket Watch is a limited edition watch design and will look great whether you're at a business meeting or at a bar with friends.

    Custom Designed Packaging

    This watch comes in an exclusive gift box. It features graphics of iconic watches from Tokyoflash Japan past and present on a red background.

How To Read The Time

How To Read The Time

Styled into a vibrant cyclone of rings, the time display may look complex to outsiders but is much like a regular clock and simple to read at a glance when you know how. The gap in the outer ring of 12 large blocks indicates the current hour in the same position as a regular clock. Just inside that are smaller dots for the minutes 1-60. The inner two rings show the hours and minutes for time zone 2 in the same way. The outer most ring indicates seconds.
